Height: 21.5" (20.5" at birth)

Weight:  9lbs. 3 oz.  (8lbs. 13 oz. at birth)

Diapers used during visit:  3 (Probably should have pulled out #4)

Number of people in a 24 square foot room:  4 (Doesn't include Jake)

Doc said all is good.
